On November,8,2001,the ceremony of the statutory awards to members of the Senate
held at Chamcar Mon Palace .  This ceremony took
place under the presidency of Samdech CHEA SIM, president of the Senate of Kingdom of
Cambodia and attending by respected members of the Buddhist Clergy .Sdech Krom Khun, first
vice president of the Senate. Excellency, Second vice president of the Senate.
