The present inaugural issue of the Senate is designed to clarify the role, duty and responsibility of the newly created Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia. It is independently edited in response to questions often asked by people abroad on the complex institutional building and on the progress of political and economic reforms in Cambodia
As time and means allow, we will expand this publication to include materials from other branches of the government for public information. We wish to use this modest vehicle topromote dialoques between Cambodia's policy makers and concerned people everywhere.
